Pikes Beer Company and Dan Moss of Terroir Auburn, one of Clare Valley’s most renowned chefs, are hosted by the crew at The Lincoln for a night of all things Clare Valley.

Dan brings his love of local seasonal Clare Valley produce and his strict locavore philosophy to the table through contemporary region-inspired dishes, matched with Pikes beer.

Since opening in 2012, Terroir Auburn has led the charge in regional dining in Clare Valley, creating a new menu weekly from produce sourced from within a 100 mile radius.

After its first 12 months of brewing, Pikes Beer Company’s Pilsener, Sparkling Ale, Genuine Stout and Tonic Ale have become the talk of the town. Limited edition seasonal releases like the Red Hefeweizen and their 2014 Vintage Kriek are capturing the imagination of Australia’s most discerning beer drinkers.

Alister Pike, steeped in his family’s six generations of Clare Valley wine and beer lore, will provide an insight to his family’s unique heritage in the region.
