Pikes Beer Co. Brewery Discovery Tour Competition — Terms & Conditions
Competition Period: From 13 August until 11:59pm (ACST) on 31 August 2026.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Pikes Beer Company Pty Ltd (ABN 83 059 752 224 of 233 Polish Hill Rd, Polish Hill River SA 5453 (“Pikes Beer Co.” or “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its related companies, and their immediate families, and any other person directly involved in the administration or promotion of the competition.
By entering, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must:
- Purchase any carton of beer from Pikes Beer Co.’s online store or Pikes Beer Co. Tap Room during the Competition Period; and
- Complete any required entry details or provide proof of purchase if requested by the Promoter.
Each qualifying carton purchase constitutes one entry into the competition.
There is no minimum spend beyond the purchase of one qualifying carton.
4. Prize
One winner will receive:
- A Brewery Discovery Tour for four people at Pikes Beer Co.; and
- Lunch for four people at Pikes Beer Co.
The total prize value is $320 AUD.
The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed on a date agreed between the winner and Pikes Beer Co.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If the advertised prize, or any element of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
5. Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place at on 1 September.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to any applicable laws.
6. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry and may also be announced on Pikes Beer Co.’s social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to determine a replacement winner.
7. Prize Conditions
The Brewery Discovery Tour and lunch must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed with Pikes Beer Co.
The prize is for the winner and three nominated guests.
All guests must meet any applicable age requirements for participation in the Brewery Discovery Tour and consumption of alcohol.
Responsible service of alcohol requirements apply. Pikes Beer Co. reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol where required by law.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred in attending the brewery, unless expressly stated.
8. Proof of Purchase
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of purchase from an entrant or winner. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in the entry being deemed invalid.
9. Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants consent to Pikes Beer Co. collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and otherwise managing the entrant’s participation.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Pikes Beer Co.’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, provided misleading information, or otherwise tampered with or attempted to manipulate the competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unable to be processed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
11. Acceptance
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
