Our limited release split batch series showcases 2 different versions of the same base beer. This version was fermented using an American yeast strain and dry-hopped with Centennial hops.
WHISKY BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT
Originally holding Pikes red wine, the barrels used for this beer were then sent to Starward Distillery for maturing their Whisky. Once emptied, they were again re-purposed for the ageing of this Imperial Stout.
