TAP ROOM SALES TEAM MEMBER

Love craft beer and great customer service? We're looking for a casual Tap Room Sales Team Member to join our team at Pikes Beer Co. This is a customer-facing role in our Tap Room, helping create a welcoming experience for visitors while showcasing our range of beers and food offerings.

What you'll be doing:
🍺 Serving beer and beverages
🍔 Taking food orders and serving meals
🛍️ Retail sales and processing transactions
😊 Providing outstanding customer service
🌿 Helping keep the Tap Room looking its best

About the role: Shifts are predominantly every second weekend, with the opportunity for additional shifts during busy periods, events, annual leave cover and holiday periods.

 We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Passionate about customer service
Confident in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Holds a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or is willing to obtain one
