CORE RANGE

Pilsener

A traditional Pilsener style brewed with a combination of German and New Zealand hops. Fresh, aromatic, crisp and clean.

Pale Ale

A session Pale Ale, exhibiting tropical and floral hop notes with a light malt body. Light, easy, refreshing and sessionable.

IPA

A classic U.S. style India Pale Ale with tropical fruit and marmalade notes. Resinous, hoppy, full flavoured and moreish.

Stout

An easy drinking Stout with notes of coffee, roasted malts and cocoa. Dark, smooth and roasty.

CURRENT LIMITED RELEASES

CHARDONNAY BARREL AGED IMPERIAL SAISON

Aged in Chardonnay barrels for 7 months, our Imperial Saison combines delicate French oak notes with the classical fruit and spice characteristics of the base beer.

American Brown Ale

Combining US hops Cascade and Chinook with Aussie favourite Vic Secret, the result is a complex, yet beautifully balanced ale.
